The Excellence in Construction Awards is the chapter’s premiere merit shop awards program that highlights construction excellence and high-quality work around the region.

To help achieve Gattuso Development Partners vision of a flexible life sciences building in the Philadelphia Navy Yard that had architectural flare, the Penntex team delivered sustainable construction solutions and paid careful attention to design details to bring the 130,000 square-foot facility to life. Featuring a green roof, stunning façade, and flexibility for seamless tenant improvements, this LEED-certified building is truly unique.
SEA BOX, Inc.
Excellence Winner – Best Pre-Engineered Building Over $10 Million
Balancing a critical timeline with the need to ensure client operations in existing spaces remained up and running was a priority throughout construction of the SEA BOX manufacturing and office expansions. Strategic planning and collaboration ensured milestones were achieved and value was delivered for these unique spaces which included a 68-foot-high warehouse space and 4-story office.
