New position added to optimize operations and expand in-house legal capabilities and risk management expertise.
Penntex Construction is proud to announce Christopher Hoolehan as the company’s new Vice President of Legal and Risk Management. In the newly created role, which is part of Penntex’s ongoing strategic plan for growth, Hoolehan will oversee all legal aspects of business, including contracts, coordination with outside counsel and risk management across key business areas including safety, insurance and accounting.
“Chris brings a wealth of experience and highly specialized legal expertise to the Penntex leadership team. As the company continues to strategically grow, it remains critical to continually optimize operations in support of delivering on our Building Better promise for the clients and communities we serve. Having Chris’ capabilities and skillsets in-house is a key next step in the company’s strategic growth plan,” shared Jim Hoolehan, Penntex Owner and President.
Hoolehan joins the Penntex team after serving as an attorney with a large east coast law firm, where he worked for nearly a decade in the firm’s Boston office, supporting a range of clients in connection with intellectual property, complex disputes, and corporate transactions. Hoolehan’s depth of legal knowledge and hands-on experience with clients will allow him to collaborate seamlessly with outside counsel and manage risk as it pertains to contracts, insurance, safety, and accounting.
“Our shareholder and leadership team collaborated closely with our trusted outside counsel partners to plan and execute this strategic addition to the team. We are excited for Chris to apply his depth of experience to provide leadership across all legal and risk management aspects of our business,” noted Penntex Owner and President Jim Hoolehan.
