New Construction of a Dramatic Four-Story Office Building

Located just off Route 202 in Malvern, PA, Quarry Ridge is considered the gateway into the Great Valley Corporate Center. The four-story, 102,000 square-foot office building was constructed with pre-cast exterior panels, a Kawneer window system and stone columns in the lobby which mimic the stone from the quarry located across the street. The way the building is situated on the site also provides spectacular views of the quarry.
