A Fulfillment Center with a Critical Schedule

This 250,000 square-foot project in Pureland Industrial Park included a pre-cast building with a mix of warehouse space and approximately 25,000 square-feet of finished office/administrative area. The building featured a 28-foot clear ceiling with 58 dock doors and one drive-in door.

Hitting schedule targets on this fast-track project was imperative and the Penntex team worked closely with Liberty Property Trust (now Prologis) and Amazon to ensure construction of this new facility remained on track and on time from start to finish.
