Project Detail

Following completion of the 1200 Liberty Ridge Road project within the Chesterbrook Corporate Center, Penntex was awarded the contract to build the new 260,000 square-foot, three-story office building at nearby 1500 Liberty Ridge Road.  The project included an 8,000 square-foot glass atrium area offering café-style breakfasts and lunches, underground parking and a large outdoor patio for gatherings.

Driving Efficiency to Meet a Compressed Schedule

During construction, Planco, a division of Hartford Insurance, pre-leased 110,000 square-feet of space within the building, expediting the deadline for completion. Penntex worked closely with owners Liberty Property Trust (now Prologis) along with Planco and partner subcontractors working on the project to fast-track completion to meet the necessary occupancy date.
