The expansion will integrate several key components:
- A two-story office and employee Wellness Center, inclusive of offices, conference rooms, wellness spaces, locker rooms, and restrooms.
- Significant production space, supported by extensive mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical infrastructure.
- Cold storage areas, including refrigerated and freezer spaces, to support ingredient and product storage needs.
- Specialized interior fit-out, including process piping, trench drains, and slot drains to meet the demands of a food-grade production environment.
The expansion will also tie directly into Lassonde’s existing warehouse via new openings and overhead doors, creating a seamless north-to-south product flow, from ingredient receiving and processing to packaging and final warehousing for outbound distribution.
