A Temperature-Controlled Warehouse Customized to Meet Tenant Needs

Delivering Stringent Climate-Control Capabilities

Full heating, air conditioning, and precise climate monitoring and controls were installed to ensure the temperature can be maintained within the strict tolerances needed to protect the tenant’s healthcare products.

Overcoming Site-Specific Challenges

Completing time-sensitive off-site work on retention basins and water supply lines required precise scheduling to begin after a farmer’s strict harvest schedule and before the start of a nine-month construction buffer zone to protect an eagle’s nest on the adjacent site.

Navigating Infrastructure Complexities

Site access claims by two separate water authorities required balancing supply guidelines and the need for two sets of metering equipment. Overnight and off-hour work was required to complete substantial highway and road improvements, ensuring minimal disruption and meeting timeline goals.

Mitigating Supply Chain Impacts

Penntex was able to partner with Prologis on a material purchase strategy to achieve the aggressive project timeline.

Prioritizing Collaboration & Documentation

From helping guide the pool planning process in partnership with Prologis, to ensuring both they and their new tenants had a clear picture of project progress, the team prioritized communication throughout construction.
