Immediately following completion of the newly constructed speculative warehouse distribution facility at Building C, a tractor-trailer parts manufacturer leased the entire space. Penntex worked with the tenant to complete an expedited nine-week fit-out including 10,000 square-feet of highly custom office space with glass walls, special flooring and high-end finishes. Preparing the space for the tenant also included construction of custom shipping, operations and manufacturing areas with a range of specialized features including battery chargers, aerosol cages for indoor painting, 3,000-amp switchgear for extra power, and more.

Penntex has partnered with Core5 Industrial Partners on multiple warehouse and distribution developments across eastern Pennsylvania, delivering large-scale facilities designed to meet the evolving needs of modern industrial tenants. Through this ongoing collaboration, Penntex has completed several buildings within a four-building development totaling more than one million square feet, including Buildings B, C, D, and E. Each facility was constructed with flexibility in mind and later adapted through customized tenant improvements to support a range of operational requirements.
