Published annually by ENR, the construction industry’s leading trade publication, the list serves as a respected benchmark for contractor experience, scale, and performance across the industry.
Penntex has maintained a place in the national rankings for multiple consecutive years, reflecting the company’s continued strength across the warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and industrial construction markets throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Because ENR’s Top 400 ranking is based on total nationwide construction volume, Penntex’s continued recognition is especially notable given the company’s intentionally concentrated regional footprint, with work focused primarily within just one and a half states.
This year’s rankings come amid continued growth across the construction industry, with ENR noting significant activity in emerging sectors such as data centers. At the same time, demand remains strong across many industrial markets, and Penntex continues to build on its long-standing expertise serving developers, manufacturers, and facility owners throughout the region. That regional focus is reflected in other ENR rankings as well.
