The healthcare industry presents its own set of demanding disciplines that require specialized skills.  Challenging schedules combined with an unrelenting concern for quality while providing flexibility for the client are just a few examples of the many challenges faced on a daily basis.  The 12-story Medical Arts and 30-story Medical Tower projects demonstrated how effective and timely management decisions played a large role in the success of these projects. The successful coordination and management of all different trades allowed doctors offices to remain open during the execution of the work.

Tri County Urologic-Phoenixville, PA

Tri County Urologic is a new 15,200 SF medical building mixing aesthetically pleasing architectural features with a modern set of exam rooms and physician offices. Moving from an old house converted to medical office and exam rooms, the Owners wanted to convey the welcoming atmosphere of a home but do so with a modern facility. In addition to the welcoming features, the offices and exam rooms were laid out with significant Owner participation in determining room use, space and storage requirements. Exam rooms have adjacent toilet rooms and ample cabinet and countertop space. The HVAC system has a decentralized control system to maximize patient and staff comfort.
