The healthcare industry presents its own set of demanding disciplines that require specialized skills.  Challenging schedules combined with an unrelenting concern for quality while providing flexibility for the client are just a few examples of the many challenges faced on a daily basis.  The 12-story Medical Arts and 30-story Medical Tower projects demonstrated how effective and timely management decisions played a large role in the success of these projects. The successful coordination and management of all different trades allowed doctors offices to remain open during the execution of the work.
