John Pregmon founded what is now Penntex Construction
Company in 1979 and formed a partnership with Brian
Belcher in 1997.
Partner-John is a graduate of
Villanova University and has a Masters Degree in
Engineering. John founded what is now Penntex
Construction Company in 1979 and formed a partnership
with Brian Belcher in 1997. John has devoted his
entire career to providing construction services
throughout the Delaware Valley.
Partner-Prior to joining John, Brian was a
partner of a local real estate development company that
specialized in the development of commercial and
industrial buildings in the Delaware Valley. He is
a graduate of La Salle University and has his B. S. in
Partner – Jim joined John and Brian in 2014
and has over 35 years of Construction
Management experience specializing in
managing company operations,
pre-construction services, conceptual
estimating and design build construction
methods. As Senior Vice President in charge
of company operations, Jim provides
leadership and management to ensure all
corporate policies and procedures are
followed and all owner and corporate
expectations are met.
his BS in Civil Engineering from the
University of Missouri – Rolla and later his
PE as a Structural Engineer. Beginning in
the 80’s, Jim developed his skills providing
pre-construction services and building
design-build projects in the New England
states, Pennsylvania and then throughout the
United States providing various clients with
a consistent product and building approach.
Jim currently serves on two American
Concrete Institute (ACI) committees (302 and
360) working on future revisions to these
ACI publications that specialize in concrete
floor slab construction and design.
