John
Pregmon
Partner-John is a graduate of
Villanova University and has a Masters Degree in
Engineering. John founded what is now Penntex
Construction Company in 1979 and formed a partnership
with Brian Belcher in 1997. John has devoted his
entire career to providing construction services
throughout the Delaware Valley.

Brian
Belcher
Partner-Prior to joining John, Brian was a
partner of a local real estate development company that
specialized in the development of commercial and
industrial buildings in the Delaware Valley. He is
a graduate of La Salle University and has his B. S. in
Business Administration.


Ric Zappan
Senior Project Manager & Vice President –
Ric has over twenty-five (25) years
experience in the construction industry with
special emphasis on Architectural and
Structural components in all our projects.
Ric started his career with Bechtel
Construction Company and worked for 15 years
on all facets of building Nuclear Power
Plants. He is a Professional Civil &
Structural Engineer who has his B.S. in
Civil Engineering and Associate Degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Penn State
University. Since joining Penntex five (5)
years ago Ric has assumed the responsibility
of Senior Project Manager and Vice President
of the company. Ric has managed the
construction of over 650,000 square feet of
new buildings plus the fit-up work
associated with each new project.

Bill
Lane
Project Manager – Bill is a graduate of Penn
State University and has a degree in Civil
Engineering. Since joining Penntex
Construction Company in 1999 Bill has
project managed over 500,000 square feet of
new buildings and interior fit-ups for
various clients.

Dwight
Lewis
Project Manager - With a BA and MA in other
disciplines, Dwight has over twenty-five
years of construction experience, combining
extensive field experience with a driving
interest in all aspects of construction work
and efficiency. His responsibilities have
taken him from many years of on-site
construction work to oversight
responsibilities for projects ranging from
two million to thirty-two million in an
architect's construction office. Now,
working with Penntex Construction, Dwight
manages concurrent projects through
estimates and construction. Projects have
included retail, office, warehouse, surgical
hospital, and radiology clinic construction.


Jim Martin
Sr. Project Manager - Jim has over 15 years
experience in the architectural and
construction field. He holds a degree in
Architecture and has been with Penntex
Construction for the past 8 years in the
capacity of Cost Estimator and Sr. Project
Manager. His projects range from light
industrial, commercial, medical, and
residential, with project costs ranging up
to $27 million dollars.

Eric
Scheler
Project Manager-Eric has been involved in the construction
industry for over twenty-four years and has
a broad range of valuable experience. He is
an accomplished estimator and has extensive
experience in pre-construction, design
build, and budgeting for many complex
projects, providing valuable cost saving
ideas to many of his projects. Eric has been
able to generate and foster excellent
working relationships with owners,
architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and
local authorities and these relationships
have been helpful to the overall success and
completion of projects. Past projects for
Eric include multi-story residential
development, office & warehouse projects,
retail, and educational projects.

Nick
Peetros
Project Manager - Nick Peetros is a graduate
of Drexel University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Nick has over 18 years experience in the construction
industry with the past 12 years in construction
management. Nick’s experience prior to joining Penntex
includes over 30 major projects covering a vast array of
building types including low and hi-rise office
buildings, multi-family residential, hospitals/medical
facilities, industrial facilities, stadium/sports
complexes, concert halls, University buildings/schools,
municipal buildings, and warehouses. Nick’s current
responsibilities with Penntex include pre-construction
services, bidding/estimating, project management, and
project close-out.

Cindy Pantalone
Project Administrator – Cindy has been with
the company for over fifteen (15) years
originally starting as the receptionist. Her
duties include assisting project managers
with subcontractor coordination,
administering Contracts and Subcontracts,
coordination and distribution of contract
drawings as well as shop drawings, and the
assembling and distribution of project
close-out documents.

Paul Shanahan
Assistant Project Manager – Paul is a
graduate of St. Joseph’s University and
started in the construction industry in
1997. Paul recently joined Penntex
Construction Company as a assistant project
manager focusing on punch list close-out
items for jobs nearing completion.

Steve
Barniskis
Assistant Project Manager – Steve is a
graduate of Temple University Architecture. Since
joining Penntex, he has performed site supervision for
fit-out and extreme renovations in all classes of office
and warehouse space. Steve is experienced in the
construction of one of the countries leading
pre-engineered building manufacturers.
